1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at mangoanalytics.co and any services, template applications, training or support supplied by Mango Analytics (“Mango Analytics”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
Mango Analytics is a data and analytics consultancy based at Aspin Commercial Tower, 5th Floor, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at info@mangoanalytics.co or +971 58 594 6717.
3. Services
We provide data consulting, business intelligence and analytics development, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric implementation, AI agent development, training and ongoing support. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work or order form agreed between us. Where that document conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence.
4. Template applications and demos
Certain solutions are made available as Power BI template applications, including through Microsoft AppSource. Installation and use of those applications is additionally subject to the end-user licence terms presented at the point of installation and to Microsoft’s own terms for the Power BI service. Interactive demonstrations published on this site use sample or anonymised data and are provided for illustration only.
5. Your responsibilities
Where we deliver services that connect to your systems or data, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant us access, for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide, for maintaining your own licences to third-party platforms such as Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and for nominating personnel to make timely decisions during the engagement.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and currency are as stated in the applicable proposal or order form. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within thirty days of the invoice date. Fees exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes or duties, which will be added where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, dashboards, screenshots, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Mango Analytics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this site without our prior written permission.
In relation to client engagements, unless the applicable proposal states otherwise: you retain ownership of your data and of any bespoke deliverables once paid for in full; and we retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, template applications, code libraries and know-how, together with any general improvements to them.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other party’s confidential information secure and will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to deliver the services and the recipient is bound by equivalent obligations.
9. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of an engagement, the parties will enter into a separate data processing agreement where required by applicable law.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Please also read our Disclaimer.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement will not exceed the fees paid by you to us under that engagement in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Third-party platforms and links
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Power Platform. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing or terms of those platforms. This website may contain links to third-party sites, which we do not control and for which we accept no responsibility.
13. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions in the applicable proposal. We may suspend or withdraw access to this website at any time without notice.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the “last updated” date above indicates when it last changed.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the applicable proposal specifies otherwise.
